This project involved re-vamping an exisiting site to reflect the fact that the restaurant it represents has been re-furbished. There’s little point in boring you with rambling paragraphs dedicated to explaining how we can help breath new life into a business and it’s website; we believe it’s far better to just show you! As an American style diner that celebrates the magic of the movies and Hollywood excess we needed to make this immediately clear as soon as the site opens, and to have this run throughout its various functions. This is an ideal example of us working for someone who was happy to let our imaginations run wild, constrained only by the theme and a pre-defined colour scheme.
Following some creative web design and some manipulation of the images available to us, we re-launched the finished site to the owners’ visible delight. We took it as a great compliment that it required no re-designs or amendments. Monitoring of visitors to www.thehollywoodbowl.co.uk already reveals a 300% rise despite its infancy.
This is entirely due to our Search Engine Optimisation work making the website easier to find - even for those who were not looking for it. Not only have we driven visitors towards the restaurant, we also report on where they are, why they were looking and which pages they viewed.
